By accessing and using the Wassenaar Warriors International Rugby Club (Warriors IRC) community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. About Wassenaar Warriors IRC

Wassenaar Warriors International Rugby Club (formerly BSN Rugby Club, established in 1976) is a non-profit association registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 58326995). We operate this community platform to connect alumni, former players, coaches, supporters, and friends of our rugby club.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: This platform is intended for adults (18+ years) only
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• One Account: You may maintain only one account on the platform
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with our community values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play. You may:

• Share rugby memories, photos, and experiences
• Connect with fellow alumni and community members
• Participate in discussions and community activities
• Share professional networking information (LinkedIn profiles, etc.)

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or Abuse: Bullying, harassment, or abusive language toward any community member
• Inappropriate Content: Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit material
• Spam or Commercial Use: Unsolicited advertising or commercial activities without permission
• False Information: Spreading misinformation or impersonating others
• Privacy Violations: Sharing private information of others without consent
• Technical Misuse: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, posts)
• By uploading content, you grant Warriors IRC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share your content within the community platform
• You warrant that you have the right to share all content you upload

6.2 Photo and Video Usage Rights

Important: By uploading photos and videos to our platform, you grant Wassenaar Warriors IRC the right to:

• Use your photos/videos for promotional purposes and marketing materials
• Share them on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Include them in club newsletters, websites, and historical archives
• Use them to promote rugby and our club's activities

6.3 Club Content

• Warriors IRC logos, branding, and official content remain the property of the club
• Historical photos and content may be shared for community and archival purposes

7. Community Moderation

• Admin Rights: Our administrators have the right to moderate content and user behavior
• Content Removal: We may remove content that violates these terms without notice
• Account Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension
• Appeals: You may appeal moderation decisions by contacting info@wassenaarwarriorsirc.nl

8. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Wassenaar Warriors IRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Account Termination

• Voluntary Termination: You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
• Involuntary Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Data Deletion: Upon account termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
